01 / THE INSTRUCTIONS
No photos. No public street address. Just the basics to help you decide whether you want to know more.

Browse the basics and an owner’s “I’d consider” price. It’s a starting point, not a valuation.

Request the address. The owner decides whether to take the next step. There’s no offer and no obligation to proceed.

If the owner chooses to share the address, do your research, arrange a visit directly and make an offer only if it suits you.
02 / YOUR NEXT MOVE
Same simple process.
A different set of questions.
A float is a home whose owner is considering selling. Buyers see the basics and an “I’d consider” price. It isn’t a listing or a commitment to sell.
An owner’s address stays private, and floats have no photos. You can ping to request the address; the owner chooses whether to share it.
No. A ping signals interest and requests the address. It isn’t an offer, and you have no obligation to proceed.
No. It is the owner’s indication of what they would consider. Once you receive the address, do your own research before deciding whether to proceed.
Hidden Street is always free for buyers. Sellers pay a $5,500 success fee if—and only if—the property sells. Upfront costs for legally required forms and title checks may apply, depending on state or territory, even if the property does not sell. These are separate from the success fee.
Hidden Street’s licensed agent handles the contract and deposit. Then it’s over to your solicitors.
